Kickstart - 1 Nutrition Counseling Session
60 minute consultation | We will do a full health history and assessment, and examine where you are, where you have been, and where you want to be with your food, nutrition choices, health habits, and more. We will create a custom-made meal plan based entirely on you and your lifestyle.
Reset - 3 Nutrition Counseling Sessions
60 minute consultation | We will do a full health history and assessment, and examine where you are, where you have been, and where you want to be with your food, nutrition choices, health habits, and more. We will create a custom-made meal plan based entirely on you and your lifestyle.
Two 30 minute follow-up calls every two weeks | Each follow-up will have a review of how your plan is going, where you might be struggling, how you are feeling, and what adjustments need to be made.
Transform - 5 Nutrition Counseling Sessions

One Month Exercise Plan
This personalized and comprehensive program is designed to help you achieve your health goals -- whether you're looking to build muscle, increase endurance, or simply stay in shape.
We will create an exercise plan based on your fitness level, body type, schedule, and access to amenities. Over the course of 30 days, you'll engage in a variety of exercises that target different muscle groups and challenge your body in new ways. From strength training to cardio, our plan will be designed to keep your workouts interesting and effective at achieving your goals. This can be added to nutrition counseling sessions.
Personal Training
One-on-one personal training designed to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. We will assess your current fitness level, create a customized workout plan, and provide guidance and motivation throughout the training process. Our sessions may include a variety of exercises such as weight training, cardio, and flexibility training, depending on your body type and goals. Beneficial for individuals of all fitness levels, from beginners to athletes.

What makes your program different?
Everyone has triggers that cause them to make poor food choices. Alcohol, social commitments, and sugar are just a few examples. I work with you to identify your triggers and then arm you with tested strategies to overcome them.
I’m an expert AND your coach. I will be with you every step of the way to support you and keep you accountable.
Food and eating should be enjoyable and I would never take that away from you. My plan is sustainable because it’s not punitive and you will never feel hungry. In fact, most of my clients prefer the meal plan that I create versus what they were eating before they came to me. I teach you how to eat in the real world -- cook at home, eat out, order in, go to a friend’s house for dinner or go on vacation. You’ll learn how to successfully navigate any situation!
Will I be hungry on your plan?
Not at all. You don’t have to starve yourself to see results. In fact, research shows that if you are hungry all the time, you can’t be successful.
Are Zoom sessions as effective as in-person sessions?
Yes. What you really need is an experienced professional that’s going to create a personalized plan, hold you accountable, and be available to you wherever life takes you. My clients love the convenience, speed, and effectiveness of communicating via video, text, and email.
Do I need to exercise to see results?
No. Although it’s 80% diet & 20% exercise, I am a big believer in balancing both. Of course, every situation is different so let’s discuss what this means for you.
I don't cook. Is this program for me?
Yes. My program is flexible based on your needs, preferences, and lifestyle. Some of my clients cook, some only dine out/order in, and others do a mix of both. I will customize your plan based on your individual routine.
Can I still drink alcohol on your plan?
Yes, you can. Depending on your specific situation, I may ask you to reduce or change your drink of choice, but nothing will be cut out completely. Remember -- we make this plan work for your lifestyle, not the other way around.
What happens after the program ends?
We celebrate your success! Often, my clients will renew the program for maintenance and to ensure ongoing support and accountability. As each case varies, we can discuss next steps when we get there.
